I took the family for an end of year holiday and staying at the hotel was a plesant surprise. The room was well appointed and room service timely. Interaction with hotel staff was the highlight on the cake. As a family, we got to find out about local eating places nearby and experience good hospitality. A trip to remember and a destination to come back to. Much thanks to Irwan at hotel reception for his local insights and never failing to put a smile on the faces of my family.

The Premier King room is comfortably big, especially the bathroom. For my family of 3, we had a comfortable stay. The walk-in vanity table next to the wardrobe is good for the ladies who may need more time at the mirror. Although the room fittings and furniture are dated, the room was reasonably clean but not thorough... on the first day, the housekeepers didn't empty our trash bins and some stains on the mirror and vanity table were left uncleaned for 2 consecutive days till I wiped them off myself). Its location was the main reason for us to stay... the hotel is connected to the Gardens Mall and Midvalley Megamall, we were spoilt for choices to shop and eat, we even watched a late night movie at GSC in the Megamall and just walked back to our hotel room conveniently. Not forgetting to mention, there is less traffic congestion in this area than the city centre so booking a Grab car from/to the hotel was always easy! Their staff was also friendly and responsive to their guests' requests. Breakfast served an interesting variety of dishes too and tasted good. The room rates were on the high side, not sure if it was due to the festive season...

Checked in on Dec 31 2023 of course for new celebrations and my anniversary for 27 years, so I've invited my sister to come. After that my sister went back around 2.30am and request the receptionist to open the side door that connect to garden mall for her since park her car at 4th floor at garden mall and the door need tap a room card to open. But she asked my sister to go out from main door. My sister have to walked around looked for unlocked door but couldn't find because all locked. So my sister decided to come at gardens hotel and asked again the receptionist to open the side door, so she walked to a side door with sour face and rude attitude without saying any word. Such a bad attitude working for 5 star hotel.. Already spoken to her superior during checked out and hope action will take against her attitude..

Stayed while attending a conference. Comfortable stay and enjoyed the facilities. Very easy for shopping and dine in as the hotel is attached with shopping mall and Mid Valley Megamall. Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodated our requests with ease. Highly recommend the hotel for business travelers as well as family stays.

Room is big and bed is comfortable. Toiletries are in bottle and I prefer. Breakfast spread was wide but pastries not appetising. The service staff and chefs were friendly and attentive. Traffic can be a challenge and please avoid peak hours if you need to travel out of hotel. Hotel is linked with mega mall and super convenient for shopping.
